Description: The City of Vidalia had several tracts of land around their waste water treatment facility that was unused and not slated for future plant expansion. Hannah Solar approached the city with a novel concept of using third party capital to lease the land and apply for a Georgia Power Co. Advanced Solar Initiative project which was chosen and moved forward with Hannah Solar building and maintaining the systems.
